Event Fundraiser Program
Organizations can earn up to 25% back by hosting the following event.
General Fundraising Policies
Fundraising events can be requested for any day, excluding holidays and special days, and will run for the entire day to allow participants to come at different times to support the fundraiser.
The event must be approved 7 days before the date of the event, and the fundraising flyer must be sent and approved before the event can be made official.
Oz does not allow solicitating of fundraising events on or near the premises; violating this policy will VOID the fundraising event.
Fundraising events are separate from reservations. All fundraising parties would be subject to the regular waitlist. (Reservations are available for parties of 7 or more, subject to availability)
Gift cards or vouchers will not be accepted as payment for fundraising parties. Discounts may not be applied to fundraising parties.)
An 18% Gratuity will be applied to all fundraising parties.
Reimbursement Policies
Oz donates up to 25% of the pre-tax All You Can Eat sales generated by your event. Percentages donated are based on the amount of individuals participating so be sure to spread the word! If there are 20-29 participants, Oz will donate 20% of the pre-tax sales. If there are 30 or more individuals, it increases to 25% of the pre-tax sales. Fundraising events with fewer than 20 participants would no longer qualify for reimbursement.
Only AYCE count towards reimbursement for fundraising events, and a flyer must be presented during the meal to be included with the fundraiser.
The reimbursement check must be made out to the name of the organization.
Once the event is complete, please allow for up to 14 business days for processing, then review and sign the reimbursement forms. The organization’s check will be available for physical pick up at the Bradshaw Office or mailed through certified mail.
