At Oz, we are able to accept reservations for parties of 7 or more. (Including Children). Reservation that fall below 7 people will no be accepted. Reservations are limited to available days and times.

A firm guest count is required 24 hours prior to the reservation. If no update is received, the original count given will be used for the firm guest count.

The full and complete party is expected to be present no later than the time of the reservation. Absent, incomplete, or late parties will lose their reservation.

Additional seating beyond the guest count provided cannot be guaranteed.

Note: For all large parties of 7 or more (including children), an automatic Gratuity  of 18% will be applied to the bill.

The last opportunity to cancel or reduce a reservation without incurring a cancellation fee or empty seat fee is 24 hours prior to the time of the reservation.

If a Reservation cancels within 24 hours, does not show up for their reservation, or is incomplete, an empty seat fee of $10 per person will be charged for each member absent from the party at the time of the reservation.

To avoid incurring cancellation or empty seat fees, it is important to contact the restaurant promptly with any changes to the party.
